How to place an online order?
Add the products you want to your cart, proceed to the checkout page, and enter your delivery information. You can complete your order by choosing one of the credit card or cash on delivery options.
How to track an order?
By entering the "My Orders" page from the My Account section, you can track the detailed information and shipping status of all your orders. You can also use the cargo tracking number sent by email.
Can I shop without being a member?
Yes, you can shop as a guest. However, if you become a member, you can track your past orders, save your favorite products, and be informed about special campaigns.
How long are the products I added to my cart stored?
The products in your cart are stored for 30 days. You can complete your order at any time during this period. At the end of the period, your cart will be automatically cleared.
What should I do if the product is out of stock?
For products that are out of stock, you can use the "Notify Me" button. An email notification will be sent to you when the product is back in stock.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To do this, you can reach your order from the "My Account" section and perform the cancellation process or contact our customer service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer credit card, debit card, and cash on delivery options. You can shop securely with all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Are there installment options?
Yes, we offer up to 9 installments with a credit card. You can see the available installment options according to your bank on the payment page.
How is payment security ensured?
All your payments are protected by the 3D Secure security system. Your credit card information is transmitted to the bank in an encrypted form and is not stored in our system.
Is there an extra fee for cash on delivery?
No, the cash on delivery option is completely free. You can pay either in cash or by credit card.

What is the delivery time?
Your orders are delivered to your address within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free for orders over 750 TL.
How to track the cargo?
After your order is shipped, the tracking number is sent to you by email. With this number, you can track the delivery status on the website of the cargo company.
Do you ship abroad?
Currently, we only deliver within Turkey. You can contact our customer service to get information about our international shipping plans.
How long is the return period?
You can return the product within 14 days after receiving it. The product you want to return must be labeled, unused, and in its original packaging.
Is there a return fee?
No, the return shipping fee is covered by us. To start the return process, you can use the "Create Return Request" button from your account.
Is product exchange available?
Yes, for size or color changes, you can request a return and create an exchange request. For the exchange process, the product is returned first, then a new product order is created.
Is membership free?
Yes, membership is completely free. As a member, you can benefit from special campaigns and discounts, and track your order history.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
By clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, you can send a password reset link to your email address.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, you need to contact our customer service. Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days.
How should I clean my furniture?
You can wipe your furniture with a clean and damp cloth. Avoid using aggressive chemical cleaners. We recommend using special leather cleaners for leather products.
Is there a warranty period for the products?
All our products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty. Problems arising from production defects are corrected free of charge within the scope of the warranty. The warranty certificate is delivered with the product.
How should I protect wood furniture?
Keep your wooden furniture away from direct sunlight and heat sources. You can maintain its brightness by using wood polish regularly. Do not place water and hot objects directly on the surface.
